Culture of Equity Statement
At Lake Louise, we strive for a culture of equity where we honor the uniqueness of each individual and embrace diverse backgrounds, needs, values and points of view to build a strong, inclusive community and to prepare students for lives in a multicultural society. We partner with families and our community to teach the whole child by addressing their social emotional needs while maintaining high standards, expectations and rigor. Each student is provided equitable access to available resources to meet individual goals.
